Salon-Suites of Plano is a new facility. It has its own stand alone building on the NW corner of Plano and Custer, next to the CVS. This is the center of Plano, at a busy intersection with about 70,000 cars going by every day. This will generate great business for our salon professionals. Because it is stand alone, nearly all of the studios have outside windows to allow plenty of natural light.
We offer full service, with included washer/dryer, managers, cleaning services, a break room, electronic locks on the suites, security/video cameras, two waiting rooms and 6 bathrooms for 28 studios. We offer the lowest rents in Plano. Three of the studios are being used for a “Walk-Ins Service” to the public.
